Fantasy Paris-Nice on the road!

The 2012 Velogames Fantasy Cycling season started this Sunday with Fantasy Paris-Nice, the first Training Camp event in advance of the all-new Velogeague Fantasy Cycling series by Velogames.

The first major stage race of the season sees the stars of the professional peloton flex their muscles in anger for the first time, as they compete in this traditional season opener.

Game Features

Select Your Riders

Fantasy Paris-Nice allows you to select a squad of nine riders to compete in the Race to the Sun, but make sure to stay within the team budget of 100 velocredits and use your funds wisely!

Set Up a Mini League

The popular Mini League system returns this season. Create a Mini League for your friends and colleagues to compete in this event and future events throughout the season.


Score Points

The detailed scoring system that awards points for finishing positions and also in-stage bonuses for sprints, mountain summits and breakaways. Assist points are also awarded for the loyal team workers of your squad. So check out the main scoring system page and consider your rider selections with this in mind!

Make Transfers

In a new departure for Velogames, a quota of 12 rider transfers will be available to use throughout the contest. This quota of transfers can be used to make rider changes between stages. Make sure to use your transfers wisely as they will be the difference between defeat and victory!


Target Key Stages

Several stages are awarded "Key Stage" status where all points on offer are doubled. This will reward performances on stages that are predicted to be the most important stages that decide the overall race victory. The inclusion of double-points for these stages further promotes the strategical aspect of using your transfers in the most appropriate manner!

Select a Team Jersey

The custom team jersey function was massively popular last season. Select a team logo from a mammoth choice of current pro jerseys and historic jersey designs. Or request your own club jersey to be included and show off your club's colours at the head of the leaderboard!
