AMAZING THE BEAR CAPS FANTASY TOUR VICTORY WITH STAGE WIN ON CHAMPS-ELYSEES
The tumultuous 2007 Tour de France is now finished, with overall victory going to Spain's Alberto COntador. At times exciting, at times depressing, the Tour managed to hit all the emotions along its 3-week duration.
In the Fantasy Tour, some teams were obviously affected by the off-bike shenanigans, but we have a massive victor in Team Amazing the Bear, directed by Colt from the USA. The selection was immense, containing the podium of Contador, Evans and Leipheimer, along with the yellow-jersey holders Cancellara and Rasmussen. Daniele Bennati rounded out the campaign with an impressive victory on the CHamps. Bravo to Colt!
I hope you all enjoyed the Fantasy Tour, although I suspect many will feel deflated with this year's race.
Let's hope that the high-profile doping affairs are a further sign that this battle is being won.
