SCORING SYSTEM
The Velogames Fantasy Tour de Suisse runs a detailed scoring system, designed to accurately rate each rider's achievments during the race.
Points are scored at the end of each day and also for the final overall positions in the main rider classification at the end of the event.

Stage Result - Individual stages
The leading 15 riders in each stage score points.

Intermediate Sprints
Each stage has 1,2 or 3 nominated intermediate sprint along the route. The leading 3 riders at each of these points score fantasy points. This scoring category will reward both breakaway riders and also those riders going for a high placing in the Points jersey standings. Points are not awarded on time-trial stages.

Summit - Hors Category Climb
The Hors Categorie climbs mark the toughest mountain ascents that the riders will tackle. The leading 5 riders across the finish-line score some well-deserved bonus fantasy points. These points are not awarded during time trial stages.

Summit - First category climb
First category climbs mark the tough mountain ascents along the hilly Tour de Suisse route. The leading 5 riders across the summit of each of these climbs score fantasy points. These points are not awarded during time trial stages.

Breakway Points
Breakaway points are awarded to riders who are in the lead break at the Feed Zone on each day. The Feed Zone is located at approximately half-distance of each stage, usually. If there is no feed zone, 50% stage distance will be counted as the Breakaway Points sector. A breakaway will be defined as a group of 20 riders or less, with a measurable gap of five seconds to any groups behind them. These points are not awarded during time trial stages.

Assists - Teammate stage positions
These points are awarded to riders who have a team rider finish in the top 3 of the stage results. Riders must start the stage to score points. These points are not given out for the Individual Time Trial Stages. They are in addition to any Primary Assist points awarded.

Assists - Teammate General Classification positions
These points are awarded to riders who have a team rider in the top 3 of GC at the end of each day. Riders must start the stage to score points. These points are not given out for the Individual Time Trial Stages. They are in addition to any Primary Assist Points awarded

Assists - Overall Team competition
These points are awarded to riders whose team is in the Top 3 of the Teams Classification (Trofeo Fast Team) at the end of each day. Riders must start the stage to score points. These points are not given out for the Individual Time Trial Stages. They are in addition to any Primary Assist Points awarded.

END-OF-TOUR POINTS
Final Overall General Classification
These points are given out in addition to the Daily points given out for GC positions after the final stage.

These points are given out in addition to the Daily points given out for points classification positions after the final stage.

Final Mountains Classification
These points are given out in addition to the Daily points given out for mountains classification positions after the final stage.

Final Teams Classification
