NOTICE REGARDING STAGE 4: As a result of the on-course neutralisation of Stage 4, no stage classification points (and any associated medals and gregarios within the supporting member competitions) have been awarded for Stage 4. This is in line with the rules page, which states: "If the race is neutralised for any reason by riders or race organisation, then no stage points (finish, sprints, summits, breaks or stage assists) will be distributed following the point of neutralisation". The leading six breakaway riders also fall under this neutralisation policy, given that no riders within the peloton were able to contest the stage against them. Intermediate sprint, summit and breakaway points already gained at the point of neutralisation, and also the daily end-of-stage classification points, have been added as normal, in line with the rules for neutralised stages.
